Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compliance Auditor to join their team focused on the affordable housing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Complete certification processing and ensure timely file reviews within 24 hours
Prepare client documents for audit reports and reconcile discrepancies
Conduct remote file audits and stay updated on affordable housing program requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
Experience with Section 8, Section 42, HOME, Rural Development, or Tax Credit programs
Understanding of local, state, and federal housing regulations
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
Strong team orientation and motivation, with excellent organizational skills
