A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from members and providers, addressing
inquiries and concerns
Document communications accurately and maintain customer
satisfaction
Educate callers on program benefits and promote alternative
products or services
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Prior experience in a customer service related field preferred
General working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
Computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills
required
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, always changing
environment
