Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of
Mortgage Loan Originators.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 10 - 15 mortgage associates and oversee loan
closing processes
Train, motivate, and performance manage team members to ensure
exceptional member experiences
Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory
requirements while addressing escalated member issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate Degree or significant industry
experience
3+ years of sales management experience in the mortgage sector
Experience in training and coaching sales teams
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and mortgage lending
practices
Ability to motivate teams to exceed performance expectations
