Vichara is a Financial Services focused products and services firm headquartered in NY, building systems for some of the largest i-banks and hedge funds in the world.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Head for our Fixed Income IT Consulting services in LA, New York, and San Francisco.Role

• Sell multi-year offshore, near-shore, and onshore Consulting services in Capital Markets or (BFSI) Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance space.
• Build up a pipeline of opportunities to ensure that sales targets are met.
• Identify and target new business opportunities.
• Forecasting, preparing bids, negotiating, and managing the sales cycle.Qualifications
• Must have large deals experience selling outsourcing solutions in the Capital Markets sector.
• Extensive C-level contacts and experience at a senior level.
• Proven major wins of new multi-million Capital Markets Services / offshoring / outsourcing deals.
• Extensive and current experience of services / offshoring.
• Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings.Additional InformationCompensation - 140K plus commissions and bonus up to 200K.
