Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst IT.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT solutions to business problems and enhance business
operations
Develop detailed systems design specifications and written
procedures for administration
Offer user training, problem resolution, and enhancement support
for production applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, or a related
field
18 months of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, Product
Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role
18 months of experience creating business requirements documents
and maintaining requirement traceability matrix in JIRA
18 months of experience participating in scrum meetings and
following Agile Methodology
18 months of experience communicating with technical IT staff and
end-users to understand application requirements and design
