Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support
finance and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commissions and operations for sales development and account
management teams
Define and track key performance metrics to enhance sales
performance and drive revenue growth
Support day-to-day needs of sales and account management teams,
including quotas, forecasting, and compliance
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in an analytical role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
Experience optimizing sales and account management teams
Some experience in commissions calculations and understanding sales
trends
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or other reporting tools
preferred
