Director of Production
Location: New York, NYWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Production to lead the strategic planning and seamless execution of live events, from initial concept through final delivery. This pivotal role requires expertise in managing complex, high-profile projects, driving technical excellence, fostering creative innovation, and delivering an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong production background, a passion for live events, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Key Responsibilities

• Event Production Leadership: Oversee all stages of live event production, including product launches, corporate communications, experiential activations, and multi-channel live shows.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to translate concepts into executable and impactful experiences, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and brand messaging.
• Onsite Operations: Manage the integration of all production elements-digital, lighting, sound, video, and content-and ensure flawless onsite execution.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Source and manage vendors, ensuring quality control, timeliness, and adherence to budget constraints.
• Budget Oversight: Develop, manage, and track production budgets, ensuring financial accountability while maximizing value for clients.
• Team Leadership: Build, guide, and mentor production teams, fostering collaboration, maintaining high standards, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client contact for production-related matters, presenting budgets, managing expectations, resolving challenges, and nurturing long-term relationships.Skills & Experience
  • Proven success in delivering high-profile corporate events, including product launches, press conferences, and experiential activations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of event production, including technical, logistical, and digital components.
  • Experience with advanced production techniques, such as multi-camera live broadcasts and hybrid events.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver exceptional results in a high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with industries such as automotive, luxury goods, or tech is a strong plus.Personal Attributes
