Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Mission Control Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for escalations from Analysts
and drive complex issues to resolution
Proactively monitor and analyze system alerts and dashboards to
identify and escalate operational anomalies
Develop and optimize operational processes, including the creation
of alerting mechanisms and run-books
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in an operational,
technical, or real-time monitoring environment
Experience developing and maintaining detailed process
documentation and troubleshooting guides
Familiarity with operational monitoring tools, data analytics,
and/or systems analysis
Experience in payroll or financial technology is preferred
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with high accuracy in a
fast-paced environment
