Kane Partners is searching for a Maintenance Technician for a Food Production company in the Greater Reading area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, motors, and other machinery to minimize downtime.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with production equipment.

- Inspect equipment to detect faults or malfunctions, providing timely corrective actions.

- Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery or equipment.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, food safety regulations).

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient machine operations and troubleshooting of issues that arise during production.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.

- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and systems.

- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
