Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior HPC Architect to provide High
Performance Computing (HPC) services for a biomedical research
community.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support HPC clusters, monitoring performance and
health
Install and support bioinformatics applications for research
needs
Architect and design HPC clusters, including expansion of existing
components
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years related experience
At least 5 years of experience with HPC technologies and
architecture design
Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration for a minimum
of five years
Ability to obtain NIH Public Trust security clearance
