Technologist and Analyst Lead to play a key role in improving
engagement within Johnson & Johnson Technology. In this position,
you will bring to bear technology tools to improve knowledge
management and build engaging learning experiences that meet the
needs of our organization.Your focus will be on identifying
innovative technology solutions that facilitate teamwork and
optimize our learning processes. Additionally, you will monitor and
analyze data to assess the efficiency of our learning tools and
strategies, producing informative reports that guide
decision-making. You will analyze and report on learning program
metrics to evaluate efficiency and inform on vital
