Job Description:

Moyer Indoor Outdoor HVAC Division is looking for a dynamic individual to work with our HVAC Sales and Installation team. This critical position will add support to our busy sales staff while ensuring new system installations are scheduled and completed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for the Moyer HVAC Install team, including client contact for install preparation and scheduling, installation packet preparation, and contract documentation.
• Provide backup support for the intake of lead calls, scheduling of sales appointments and inspections.
• Assist in documentation and registration requirements across permits, warranties, rebates, etc.
• Maintain client records in our internal software systems.
• Observe, convey, contribute to, and enforce all company rules and regulations including housekeeping, safety, and confidentiality of information.
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to efficiently and effectively accomplish the responsibilities inherent to this position.Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to take initiative and follow directions
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt and learn new software
  • Ability to work overtime with short or no notice, as necessary to get the day's installation complete.
  • Ability to interact with company clients, explaining and educating about the installed equipment and contract scopes as needed.
  • Problem solving and reasoning abilities to act as the initial line of troubleshooting for any issues that may come up on the job site. Education and Experience
    • High School Graduate
    • 2+ years experience in a customer facing role
