Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Analyst to enhance the
efficiency and functionality of Workday within a global team
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead advanced configuration projects and ensure stakeholder
alignment
Develop and execute end-to-end test scripts for effective
configurations
Manage global ticketing requests and support system
enhancements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of HRIS support, including 3+ years of technical Workday
experience
Skilled in creating complex Workday calculated fields and
eligibility rules
Experience with global ticketing systems for PX support
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical
requirements
Familiarity with HR policies and practices to align People Systems
with organizational goals
