Please visit http://www.janssenrnd.com for more information.\rThe Bioconjugates group within Global Discovery Chemistry is a part of Therapeutics Discovery and is engaged in developing novel therapeutics across bioconjugate modalities including Antibody-drug Conjugates (ADCs), Radioligand Therapies (RLTs), and siRNA conjugates.\rWe are looking for a talented, highly motivated, and technically proficient Senior Scientist, Bioconjugates to become part of our team. This individual will have a background in protein/peptide chemistry, bioconjugate chemistry, antibody discovery, or a related field with a record of developing new technologies and achieving research goals on aggressive timelines through effective cross-functional collaboration. Utilize experience in discovery or development of targeted therapeutics such as ADCs, peptide/small molecule conjugates, or nucleic acid conjugates (siRNA, antisense, etc.) as well as analytical characterization of these products.\rPrincipal Responsibilities:

• Design and execute new project ideas (design and execution of studies, analysis of data, presentation of results) to support multiple research programs and provide critical data to inform decisions in a cross-functional team.
• Lead teams to accomplish tasks and achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with the therapeutic areas and other groups to define strategies and deliver stage-appropriate molecules for preclinical studies.
• Keep abreast of new technologies/capabilities relevant to this role and strive to implement them to advance research projects.
• Author data summaries, technical reports, standard operating procedures, publications, and presentations.\r\r
