Technical Program Manager III

Primary Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Technical Program Manager III for our premier client in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Education and Experience - 5-7 years of Program management along with good Smart sheet's experience.
Need to have experience with VoIP, with contact centre OR any type of telephone circuitry is fine.
Experience with Unified Communications is nice to have but not mandatory.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities: The group manages the delivery of all of the unified communications product development across a number of different portfolios.
This particular one is for enterprise team, which builds more custom solutions to high-end customers.
This person will work with the network team and software engineering team, as well as our product management team in order to sit at the hub of delivery.
Working keenly with their product management team to take a vision document through delivery cycle so they would have a clear understanding of all delivery milestones with the ability to report out those milestones through smart sheets.
This is more of a strategic implementation of a product development item.
