Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, including
recruitment and training
Drive revenue growth by optimizing the effectiveness of the
Customer Success team
Analyze customer and product data to identify and implement
improvements for operational efficiency and customer experience
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading a Customer Success Management team in a
B2B SaaS environment
Track record of meeting or exceeding customer renewal and retention
goals
Data-oriented with experience in analyzing metrics for
decision-making
Experience working with diverse teams across multiple countries and
time zones
Preferred experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up
environment
