Insurance Marketing Underwriter Commercial Middle Market Construction Manufacturing Excess Surplus General Liability Automobile Workers Compensation Umbrella Casualty Property Inland Marine _ .

Seeking an experienced underwriter knowledgeable in Primary Casualty lines who possesses expertise related to solutions for construction managers, general contractors, and owners to join the underwriting team.

Shall:

*** Market to wholesale brokers to secure new and renewal business.

*** Review submissions, terms and conditions, statement of values, loss history and catastrophic modeling and conduct appropriate research to determine the degree of risk for each account.

*** Determine quote or declination of risk.

*** Calculate rates and premium charges.

*** Develop and modify policy wording in accordance with delegated underwriting authority when the standard forms are not appropriate.

*** Cross-sell afforded products and services.

*** Promote offered products to current and prospective contacts through interactions with insureds and brokers.
