Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Compensation Partner to
join their global Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research, analysis, and modeling to assess executive
compensation programs
Support delivery and administration of equity compensation and
executive bonus plans
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in
preparation of compensation-related materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field,
or equivalent experience
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in a Compensation Analyst role
with a focus on executive compensation
Solid understanding of executive compensation regulations and
practices
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the
organization
