CRO Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Perform audits of clients' web analytics implementations and make recommendations for accurate tracking
Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans using qualitative and quantitative data
Collaborate with design and development teams to recommend changes based on test results

Required Qualifications

Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or jQuery
Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
Experience with major web content management systems such as WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
Experience in cloud-based CRM solutions is a plus
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
