A company is looking for a Senior Client Service Specialist to
manage complex servicing needs for commercial card program
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support card program inquiries from clients, internal teams, and
vendor partners
Perform account maintenance and assist with product integration
projects
Resolve client escalations and provide process improvement
guidance
Required Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in financial services or
banking
Experience in client escalation management
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced, changing work environment
Proficiency with PCs and standard Microsoft Office software
