Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Advisor to manage the
recruitment life cycle for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in client calls to understand recruitment needs and
company culture
Source candidates using social media and technology to build talent
pools
Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit with
client criteria
Required Qualifications
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in technical
roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market demands
Proven track record of nurturing relationships with clients and
candidates
Familiarity with recruitment data analysis and reporting
