Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Support Specialist to provide
technical support for Finance, HR, and Payroll products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage account ownership and provide customer-centric support for
designated customers
Resolve customer issues by following established guidelines and
collaborating with other departments
Provide training and maintain knowledge of proprietary applications
and Microsoft Dynamics Finance
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of customer service experience
0-2 years of experience in the Higher Education industry
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of data structures and ability to identify recurring
patterns
Experience working with customers and maintaining good
relationships
