Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pricing Specialist to review High
Value Residential Insurance Surveys.
Key Responsibilities
Review inspection reports for accuracy in replacement cost and
square footage
Conduct Manager Reviews based on Castle guidelines and company
standards
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and audit independent field
consultants as assigned
Required Qualifications
Experience in High Value Survey or Commercial Survey preferred
Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
Solid aptitude for risk assessment and replacement cost
estimation
Proficiency in computer equipment and software
Ability to manage multiple projects and handle time-sensitive
tasks
