Our client, a prominent law firm without offices throughout the New York Metro area, has an immediate need for an experienced IP Trademark/Copyright Attorney, to join their winning team in New York City.

Our candidate of choice will represent multinational corporations, financial institutions and government bodies, often in complex and important matters. You will be active in pre-trial, trial and appellate matters in federal and state courts, as well as administrative litigation, grand jury investigations and arbitrations.



KEY REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

10-15 years of United States and International intellectual property experience with experience in trademark and licensing transactions.
Experience with trademark and copyright disputes and related intellectual property.
Strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses.
Strong research skills and oral communication.
Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
Must be licensed to practice in the State of New York, New Jersey a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.
