Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel, Product and Regulatory.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of legal and compliance initiatives, collaborating
with internal teams and Credit Union clients
Identify legal and compliance risks, providing guidance and
communicating regulatory standards
Lead third-party contract negotiations and advise on product
decisions involving regulatory risks
Required Qualifications
Licensed Attorney in the United States, preferably with in-house
experience in SaaS and/or Fintech
Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in SaaS and/or
Fintech
Familiarity with regulatory bodies and financial institutions
Experience working with Privacy and AI initiatives
Ability to manage a small team of legal and compliance
professionals
