A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Commercial & Data
Privacy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex commercial transactions, including B2B SaaS
agreements and strategic partnerships
Provide legal support to various business units and enhance privacy
compliance programs
Drive improvements in contract negotiations and operational
excellence in legal processes
Required Qualifications
6+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a
SaaS company
Strong knowledge of US and international privacy and data
protection laws
Expertise in commercial technology transactions and global
negotiation practices
Ability to understand product development in relation to data
protection regulations
Proactive in enhancing legal templates, policies, and processes
