Key Responsibilities

Serve as the legal point of contact, developing tailored
immigration strategies
Set legal strategy for various visa matters and ensure compliance
through casework review
Required Qualifications
6-10 years of corporate immigration experience with a strong
understanding of immigration law
Proven track record in managing a high volume of immigration
cases
Experience in developing comprehensive immigration policies
Ability to leverage technology to enhance client experience
Strong collaborative skills to work cross-functionally with
internal teams
