Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Legal Information Manager to
manage and maintain a legal conservation database.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the internal conservation project approval process and
perform real estate transaction data entry
Provide training and support to business unit staff regarding
land/water protection documentation
Generate periodic and ad hoc reports for internal and external
purposes and prepare financial information for the general
ledger
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience or
equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience maintaining a centralized relational database system
Experience in designing, implementing, and directing multiple
projects
Working knowledge of legal real estate practice
Experience creating reports and analyzing financial and other
data
