Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-time General Counsel to provide
strategic legal counsel and support across all legal and regulatory
matters.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with
global regulations
Provide legal advice on product launches, tokenomics, and
partnerships
Draft, review, and negotiate key contracts, and represent the
company in regulatory discussions
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent with admission to a relevant
bar association
5+ years of legal experience, preferably in law firm and in-house
roles
Expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and fintech
regulations
Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and
intellectual property law
Proven experience in advising on token design, issuance, and
compliance
