Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy General Counsel to manage
legal responsibilities related to contracts, litigation, and
corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts while
mitigating legal and commercial risks
Manage litigation and dispute resolution efforts, providing legal
counsel on related matters
Advise on corporate governance and compliance, including legal
research and policy development
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience, focusing on
commercial contracts, corporate law, and litigation
Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one state
Strong analytical skills to assess legal and commercial risks
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
effectively
