Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Transcriber to provide
transcription services for various legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
Transcribe audio recordings accurately and in a timely manner
according to provided formats
Proofread all work to ensure accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and
spelling
Submit completed transcripts by deadlines and manage audio files
received via FTP
Required Qualifications
Legal transcription experience preferred
Must be able to transcribe at least 3 hours of audio per week
Must type at least 60 words per minute
High-speed internet connection required
Familiarity with required software/hardware such as WordPerfect,
MSWord, and FTR Player
