Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to join their
legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Review and negotiate commercial contracts across various business
functions
Provide legal advice to support business partners and assist with
new product launches
Contribute to the privacy program by negotiating data processing
agreements and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in good standing
with at least one state bar
Minimum of 2-6 years of relevant legal experience at a reputable
law firm or in-house legal department
Strong background in commercial contracting, tech transactions, and
corporate governance
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and
manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical legal
advice in a fast-paced environment
