Paralegal - Personal Injury Law Firm Nassau County



Seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal with experience in Uniondale, NY. Duties involve evaluating personal injury claims, conducting client interviews, maintaining frequent communication with clients, acquiring and organizing medical records, as well as compiling demand packages. Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and bills of particulars, and adept calendar management skills are vital. Familiarity with Filed Vine software is preferred. Spanish Speaking a plus. This role necessitates physical presence at our Uniondale office location.

Responsibilities:
YOU will be responsible for 4 things:
--- Client development - intake calls & follow-up with existing clients
--- Mastering our case management system
--- Meticulous follow-up for potential and existing clients
--- Manage a caseload with timely follow-up for records, discovery, and case documents

Qualifications:
--- Experience handling personal injury matters from intake to trial preparation, preferably with both legal and paralegal qualifications
--- Proficiency in electronic filing
--- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
--- Previous management experience is highly desirable
--- Adept in negotiation techniques
--- Ability to drive the firm to higher levels of success
