Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Counsel to provide legal
guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Review and negotiate commercial contracts, including software
licensing and vendor agreements
Provide legal advice to support business partners on new product
launches
Contribute to the privacy program by drafting DPAs and advising on
compliance with data privacy laws
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at
least one U.S. state bar
4-8 years of legal experience focused on technology and product
counseling
Strong background in commercial contracting and tech
transactions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment
Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
