Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing and drafting various customer and vendor agreements
including SOWs, MSAs, and NDAs
Collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams
Analyzing and advising stakeholders on risk, and providing
mitigation options
Required Qualifications
Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience in commercial
transactions, preferably with at least one year in-house
experience
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects and meet deadlines
Experience supporting a high volume sales process
Ability to advise cross-functional stakeholders and balance
commercial objectives with company policies
Flexible and able to thrive in a rapid-growth startup
environment
