Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workup and Settlement Attorney to
manage case progression and settlement processes in a mass tort
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a pod of Case Managers in evaluating and managing
settlement-eligible cases
Oversee client interactions during the settlement offer process
Collaborate with team members to enhance casework efficiency and
support process improvements
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Three to five years of experience in a high-volume personal injury
or plaintiff's firm
Current member of the Illinois Bar in good standing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Salesforce or other case management software is
desirable
