Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Intellectual Property
Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex IP litigation matters, including patent,
trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes
Negotiate IP licensing and settlement agreements while advising on
litigation risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable
processes for handling IP litigation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of substantive IP litigation experience
J.D. degree from an accredited law school with strong academic
credentials
Membership in at least one US state bar and be a licensed
attorney
Strong technology interest and aptitude
Experience working in-house or with a tech company is preferred
