---Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Bonus opportunities for top performers

Responsibilities:
--- Represent clients on immigration matters
--- Lead legal staff
--- EOIR Court Appearances for Master and Merits Hearings
--- Conduct client consultations, prepare them for interviews, and coordinate with external agencies
--- Draft motions, orders, judgments, and status updates as needed
--- Maintain client confidentiality and manage case files efficiently

Qualifications:
--- JD Degree and License to practice in at least one US State
--- 3+ years of immigration law experience, including family-based immigration cases and employment-based cases
--- Experience with removal defense and litigation in Immigration Court
--- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
--- Ability to manage priorities independently, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
--- Ability to lead their own legal team
