Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Mobile to lead
a team of engineers in delivering experiences through a mobile
app.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers to deliver mobile app projects, ensuring
code quality and efficient delivery
Develop technical strategies and product roadmaps in collaboration
with stakeholders
Grow and develop the engineering team through coaching, mentoring,
and performance management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related field
8+ years of relevant engineering experience
3+ years of relevant management experience
Strong technical expertise in native and cross-platform mobile
development
Proven experience leading teams using agile methodologies
