Observe and monitor cross-team activity for risks to delivery and
overall quality
Guide teams towards self-organization and effective
collaboration
Mentor team leads and managers in agile software development
practices
Required Qualifications

Significant hands-on experience in software design and delivery
Track record of implementing collaborative software development
practices
10+ years of experience in Agile software development and
leadership
5+ years of experience working with remote software development
teams in a cloud environment
