Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex
software systems
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan
and build new features
Coach and mentor team members to develop their professional
skills
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
field
8+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
Strong experience developing UI components with React.js
Proficiency with PostgreSQL databases and AWS environments
Experience in government contracting or insurance medical/state
