Job Description:
A company is looking for a SVP, Software Development to drive
the technical vision and direction of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of enterprise-level solutions for GenAI
Knowledge Assets
Mentor team members and build Gen AI capabilities among
engineers
Ensure integration of security best practices and data governance
in the development lifecycle
Qualifications/Requirements
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field,
or equivalent experience
Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in
a VP-level role
Experience in Prompt Engineering, Platform Engineering, and
Knowledge Engineering disciplines
Proficiency in cloud solutions, machine learning frameworks, and
programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
Exposure to tools and capabilities like AWS Bedrock services and
system reliability engineering
