Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tester, Benefit Configuration to
ensure accurate benefit administration and support the Claim
Adjudication Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and document benefit configuration testing for new client
implementations and changes to mitigate risks
Maintain understanding of the claims adjudication system to test
configurations meeting client expectations
Conduct system enhancement and regression testing for compliance
with regulations and standards
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and
Excel
Ability to support compliance program objectives
Consistent cooperative interaction with other employees
