Description:The Junior Collaboration Systems Administrator plays a
vital role within the Upward Health Technology Department, focusing
on developing, maintaining, and supporting various administrative
and communication systems used by Technology personnel. This
position also involves supporting and maintaining Upward Health's
Internet and Intranet resources. The ideal candidate will be a
quick learner with experience in high-demand work environments,
familiar with Microsoft and Android platforms, and comfortable
teaching and supporting users. This individual will be a skilled
troubleshooter, a dynamic team player, and someone who understands
the importance of collaboration and communication. The role offers
an exciting opportunity to gain valuable service and technical
experience while working in a supportive, team-oriented
environment. This includes providing systems administration,
support, and training for technical teams based across the United
States. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor,
be self-motivated, and have a strong desire to learn, while
recognizing the evolving nature of the organization's services as
it works toward improving healthcare delivery for underserved
populations.Skills Required:Proficiency in administering Atlassian
collaboration software, particularly Jira (customization and
development experience is essential), with Confluence experience
considered a plus.Strong expertise in administering and developing
Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, with a primary focus on
SharePoint and Teams. Proficiency in OneDrive, Project, and
Whiteboard is also desired.Experience in maintaining and supporting
communication infrastructure, including 8x8 Telecommunications
platform, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams (telephony, chat,
video), and e-fax solutions.Knowledge in maintaining and supporting
inventory management software to optimize logistical operations and
minimize business costs.High proficiency with Microsoft Office
suite applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio,
Word).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to work independently, solve problems with a proactive
mindset, and escalate issues as needed.Ability to participate in
and lead technical projects, while also developing expertise in
Upward Health infrastructure architecture and documentation.Ability
to generate reports and summaries highlighting system-related
issues, along with proposals for resolutions.Key
