Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success
professional to guide channel partners through the technical
aspects of their products.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical subject matter expert, offering product
guidance to customers
Collaborate with the Sales team to execute technical aspects of the
sales cycle
Lead the customer lifecycle, from successful deployments to
adoption and retention
Required Qualifications
Experience in technical customer success, solution engineering, or
sales engineering
Knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem, including risk-based
security assessments
Proven track record of managing customer escalations and
negotiating resolutions
Understanding of information security, network architecture, and
VPN solutions
High motivation and adaptability to work in a fast-paced
environment
