manual patient kit assembly along with semi-automated and automated
wallet sealing and high-speed automated carding to meet the needs
of studies of all sizes. For temperature sensitive products and
those with minimal to zero allowable time out of environment, we
can perform secondary packaging in refrigerated and frozen
packaging rooms or over dry ice depending upon your project
needs.-- Using our Clinicopia global labeling system with its
multi-lingual label phrase library we can design single panel,
booklet labels or our unique Peel-ID--- safe storage labels for
your studies. Single panel and Peel-ID--- safe storage labels can
be conveniently reviewed and approved online via our Fusion portal
before being printed and inspected at our facilities.Catalent
Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia is hiring a Lead Trainer. The Lead
Trainer is responsible for assessing capability gaps through
analysis of business performance data, designing training programs,
delivering efficient and effective training and coaching sessions
and evaluating training effectiveness.-- They are responsible for
organization on-going capability building for business-critical
processes.-- They work collaboratively between the business and the
trainers and act as coach and mentor to the trainers.---- The Lead
Trainer is responsible for ensuring curriculum design meets the
needs to the functional departments and translates into business
performance and training effectiveness.This is a full-time,
salaried role. ----This is onsite.-- This position is a 1st Shift

- Ensures class and coaching session readiness through
scheduling, preparing room and materials
- Maintains records both paper and in the electronic Learning
Management Systems, collaborating with Quality Systems
- Performs duties of Senior Trainer and Training Specialist as
required
- Facilitates and assess the training needs of individuals or
groups by conducting a structured needs analysis
- Identifies organization capability gaps through analysis of
business data and direct observation
- Works with business stakeholders and leaders to establish new
training programs
- Monitors and analyzes training effectiveness data and business
performance data to determine training program/curriculum
improvement
- All other duties as assignedThe Candidate:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of
relevant experience building and developing training programs,
preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strongly preferred degree in Pharma/Biotech or another cGMP
environment
- Highly experienced in developing instructor guides, student
manuals, workbooks, job aids, and related materials
- Highly experience in developing e-learning (e.g.
computer-based, web-based training, online learning) that is
delivered through digital media including--Learning Management
Systems (LMS), web, video, or mobile devices
- Experience in Pharma/Biotech or another cGMP environment
preferred
- Prior experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Technical area
preferred
- Knowledge of GMP's, FDA regulations and documentation
procedures
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and
