Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staffing Manager to manage the
complete lifecycle staffing process and ensure high-quality service
to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with account and sales managers regarding open
positions and candidate requirements
Collaborate with the HRM team to identify optimal internal
resources
Work with the recruitment team to source external candidates and
support the interview process
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HRM, or resource
management, preferably in an IT company
Familiarity with IT terminology
Upper-Intermediate English level
Degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft applications
