• Identify and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn/social media, employee referrals, networking events, and other creative sourcing and headhunting methodologies.
• Build and maintain proactive pools of diverse talent for critical, niche, and/or high-volume roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, broader business objectives, ideal skill profiles, and long-term workforce planning needs.
• Provide data insights, market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive analysis to inform hiring strategies.
• Ensure high-touch, focused candidate engagement & experience.
• Nurture relationships with prospective candidates to keep them engaged and informed about current and future opportunities.
• Track and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
• Recommend and implement innovative sourcing strategies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the broader recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.Qualifications:
• A minimum of 4 years' experience working in a sourcing or recruitment position (agency or internal) using Boolean, LinkedIn, and other search techniques.
• Proven experience as a talent sourcer, full-cycle recruiter - or combination of both - ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
• Familiarity with sourcing for diverse roles across various functions and levels (e.g., technical, non-technical, leadership, etc.).
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools, ideally Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research methods.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret & leverage data to provide insights and influence.
• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Salary Range: 57-72 USD HourlyThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
