strategy, you will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers,
and HR professionals to build robust talent pipelines, leveraging
cutting-edge sourcing techniques, data, and market insights.This

hidden talent, developing relationships, and ensuring a world-class

and understanding the departments, you will become a credible

Trust You Will:
- Identify and engage passive and active candidates through
various channels, including LinkedIn/social media, employee
referrals, networking events, and other creative sourcing and
headhunting methodologies.
- Build and maintain proactive pools of diverse talent for
critical, niche, and/or high-volume roles.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role
requirements, broader business objectives, ideal skill profiles,
and long-term workforce planning needs.
- Provide data insights, market intelligence, talent mapping, and
competitive analysis to inform hiring strategies.
- Ensure high-touch, focused candidate engagement &
experience.
- Nurture relationships with prospective candidates to keep them
engaged and informed about current and future opportunities.
- Track and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions
in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
- Recommend and implement innovative sourcing strategies and
tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the broader
recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and
best practices in sourcing and recruitment.Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience working in a sourcing or
recruitment position (agency or internal) using Boolean, LinkedIn,
and other search techniques.
- Proven experience as a talent sourcer, full-cycle recruiter -
or combination of both - ideally in a corporate or agency
setting.
- Familiarity with sourcing for diverse roles across various
functions and levels (e.g., technical, non-technical, leadership,
etc.).
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools, ideally
Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research
methods.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building
skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret & leverage
data to provide insights and influence.
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to
manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Salary Range: 57-72 USD
HourlyThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good
faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary
based on factors such as geographic location, work experience,
market conditions, education/training, and skill level.We offer one
