Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR People Partner who will engage in
personnel management and event-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personnel evaluation and development
Facilitate employee onboarding and motivation efforts
Participate in the development of HR policies and assist with
hiring processes
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management,
preferably in the IT industry
Experience in conducting HR interviews and full-cycle HR
processes
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Experience in composing and updating company policies
