Full Time In-House Recruiter - 866A growing company healthcare company is looking for a full-time in-house recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for technical roles, as well as a strong understanding of the hiring process.Responsibilities Include:

Market open positions
Source and screen candidates for open positions
Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews
Negotiate offers and close candidates
Track and report on the hiring processIdeal Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
